When can I change an item?

Ariane Jewels will always accept an exchange of product, either by wrong size, or by exchange of another product of the collection. The exchange will be managed by Ariane Jewels through a private courier company. This change will have a cost of 10 € to be paid by bank transfer (this option is available in Spain)

What should I do to make a change?

You must fill in the form that you will find in the Returns section, which appears at the bottom of our website. We leave you the link below

The order number and e-mail address will be requested in order to manage the change.

This form is for both returns and exchanges and you have to fill it with all the information. Once filled in, we will contact you within 48-72 working hours and give you instructions on how to proceed.

What is the time period for making a change?

The exchange period is 14 calendar days after receipt of the order. *

How much does it cost to make a change?

If the reason for the exchange is justified (see "When can I exchange an item?"), the costs associated with the exchange will be 10 €, and will be borne by the customer.

For international changes, our Customer Service team will inform you about the procedure and the corresponding cost.

Can I exchange a customized product?

No returns or exchanges will be accepted for customized products. Personalized product is a product that has been made specifically for the customer. Customizing the piece with an initial, size or name. Neither will be able to change or return those products in which it is expressly indicated in the description of the product.

Personalized products cannot be exchanged or returned.

Products indicated as FINAL SALE will not accept returns or exchanges.

 

REFUNDS

We will only accept returns of items that arrive at our offices in perfect condition, this means that it is essential that the products have not been used or have obvious signs of having been used.

It is equally important that the products arrive at our offices in the same condition and in the same way that they arrived to you: in their original packaging (box, bags ...). We will only refund the amount of the returned item if it arrives in perfect condition.

In 48-72 working hours you will receive instructions from our team on how to return the goods.

Return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.


As soon as the item arrives at our offices and is approved by the Customer Service team, we will proceed to reimburse the amount. In the event that the item does not arrive in perfect condition, the customer will be contacted again.

For international returns, our Customer Service team will inform you about the procedure and the corresponding cost.

PLEASE, MAKE ATTENTION! During sales and special promotions (e.g. HAPPY HOUR, GOLDEN DAY...) items purchased at a discount can only be exchanged. No refunds will be generated.

Products indicated as FINAL SALE do not accept returns or exchanges.

How much does it cost to make a return?

The costs associated with the return will be borne by the customer.

The customer can choose the shipping agency (registered mail, mrw, nacex...) however we inform that ARIANE JEWELS assumes no responsibility for such shipment made by the customer. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the package contains the necessary information to be delivered to the correct address.
