EXCHANGES
In what cases can I exchange an item?
Ariane Jewels will always accept product exchanges, whether due to an incorrect size or a different product from the collection. The exchange will be handled by Ariane Jewels through a private courier company. The exchange will cost €10, which must be paid by bank transfer.
What should I do to make a change?
You must fill out the form found in the Returns section at the bottom of our website. The link is provided below.

The order number and email address will be requested to process the change.
This form is for both returns and exchanges and must be completed with all necessary information. Once completed, we will contact you within 48-72 business hours with instructions on how to proceed.
For international exchanges, please complete the form, and our Customer Service team will inform you about the procedure and the corresponding cost.
What is the period to make a change?
The period to make an exchange is 14 calendar days after receiving the order.
We're extending the return and exchange period for the holiday season: All purchases made from December 2nd onwards will be accepted for exchanges and returns until January 10th.
How much does it cost to make a change?
If the reason for the exchange is justified (see “In what cases can I exchange an item?”), the costs associated with the exchange will be €10, and will be borne by the customer.
For international exchanges, our Customer Service team will inform you about the procedure and the corresponding cost.
Can I exchange a customized product?
Exchanges and returns of personalized products will not be accepted. Personalized products are products that have been made specifically for the customer, customizing the piece with an initial, size, or name. Products where this is expressly indicated in the description cannot be exchanged or returned.
Customized products cannot be exchanged or returned.
Products marked as FINAL SALE will not accept exchanges or returns.
RETURNS
Returns will only be accepted for items that arrive at our offices in perfect condition. This means that the products must not have been used and must not show obvious signs of having been used.
It's equally important that the products arrive at our offices in the same condition and manner as they arrived to you: in their original packaging (box, bags, etc.). A refund will only be issued for the returned item if it arrives in perfect condition.

The order number and email address will be requested to process the return.
Within 48-72 business hours, you will receive instructions from our team on how to make the return.
Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Once the item arrives at our offices and is approved by the Customer Service team, the refund will be processed. If the item doesn't arrive in perfect condition, the customer will be contacted again.
For international returns, our Customer Service team will inform you about the procedure and the corresponding cost.
What is the return period?
The return period is 14 calendar days after receiving the order.
Products marked as FINAL SALE do not accept exchanges or returns.
How much does it cost to make a return?
The costs associated with the return will be borne by the customer.
The customer can choose the shipping agency (registered mail, MRW, Nacex...) however, we inform you that ARIANE JEWELS assumes no responsibility for said shipment made by the customer. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the package contains the necessary information to be delivered to the correct address.
