GENERAL CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE
PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF APPLICATION. IDENTITY AND CONTACT INFORMATION
The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions is to regulate the relationship regarding all transactions carried out in the virtual store that customers (hereinafter referred to as Customers) may make with

ACCEPTANCE AND ACCEPTANCE TEST
To use the purchase or subscription services of the website, you must be of legal age.
The purchase of the products must be made through the activation of the button "MAKE PAYMENT" as well as the box of acceptance of the General Conditions that appear at the foot of the page of the purchase request, and express the total acceptance of, among others, each and every one of the General Conditions, as shown on the Web page prior to the purchase of the products, without the application of any changes that may occur in the clauses of the General Conditions at a later date. In that case, you will be informed of any changes that may affect you.
From the moment of acceptance, the user acquires the status of Ariane Jewels Customer described in these General Conditions. Any product or service subsequently offered by Ariane Jewels must be the subject of a new contract. If the Customer wishes to read the General Conditions in more detail, he can print on paper or save the document in electronic format.
Ariane Jewels will send the Customer, once expressly accepted these General Conditions, justification of the contract made, with all its terms, via email, or registered mail with return receipt within 24 hours of purchase. Ariane Jewels informs you that it archives the electronic documents in which purchases are formalized. In the event that the Customer made a mistake when sending the data may change them by contacting us via e-mail info@arianejewels.com. If the modified data refers to your mailing address, whereby delivery is determined at the post office corresponding to the address to which the purchased product will be delivered, provided that the product has not been shipped, such shipment will be made to the new address indicated. Otherwise, the Customer will have to wait for the product to be sent again.
Some products may be subject to availability. In this case the customer will be informed of this, giving the possibility to contract a similar product, to terminate the contract or to receive an alert when the product is back in stock.
PRICES, METHOD OF PAYMENT, DELIVERY AND CANCELLATION
- Prices
The prices applicable to each product are those indicated on the website on the date of the order including VAT (Value Added Tax). Likewise, the price of the product or subscription will be sent in the order confirmation together with these General Terms and Conditions.
The offers will be properly marked and identified as such, conveniently indicating the previous price and the price of the offer. Ariane Jewels reserves the right to make on the website, at any time and without notice, the changes it deems appropriate, and may update products and services daily depending on the market. Shipping costs are indicated on the website.
Additionally, the price associated with shipping costs will depend on both the delivery address and the shipping method selected. In this sense, the final price will appear at the moment of selection of the delivery method and address.
For orders destined for Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands, deliveries will be exempt from VAT without prejudice to the application of the corresponding taxes and duties in accordance with the regulations in force in each of them:
.- Ceuta and Melilla: Tax on Production, Services and Imports (hereinafter, IPSI) y Melilla
.- Canary Islands: Canary Islands General Indirect Tax (hereinafter IGIC)
In the case of orders with destinations other than those mentioned above, deliveries shall also be exempt from VAT without prejudice to the application of the corresponding taxes and/or duties in accordance with the applicable regulations in force.
- Payment method
Payment for any product shall be made by any of the credit or debit cards indicated at the time of purchase.
Payment by credit or debit card is made through Shopify's PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway.
If you have problems making the payment by credit card, we recommend that you contact your bank to verify that your card allows online purchases.
In the event that Ariane Jewels cannot make the payment for any reason, the contract will be considered not finalized and, therefore, the purchase will not be formalized.
- Delivery
Deliveries are sent to the address indicated by the Customer. Upon receipt of the payment of the purchase, Ariane Jewels will send the product. The total amount of the shipment and the delivery date will vary depending on the shipping address:
Delivery times
- Peninsula: 3-5 Business Days Standard Shipping, Express Shipping 2-3 Business Days
- Balearic Islands: 4-6 Working days
- Ceuta, Melilla and Canary Islands: 6-8 working days
- Other countries: 8-15 working days
Shipping costs:
- Peninsula: 5€ for Standard shipping, 10€ for Express shipping€
- Ceuta, Melilla, Balearic Islands and Canary Islands: 7€
- European Union: Orders under 150 €, 15 € shipping. Orders over 150 € free shipping.
- USA and UAE: Orders under 250€, 20 € shipping. Orders over 250€ free shipping.
Cancellation
Ariane Jewels guarantees the Customer the possibility to cancel his order at any time and at no cost provided that the cancellation is communicated before the order has been made available to the carrier for shipment. Otherwise, the Customer must wait to receive the order in order to process the return. The Customer will have a period of fourteen calendar days from receipt of the purchase to terminate the contract.
This does not apply in cases of sales of objects that can be reproduced or copied immediately or involving a custom order. The Customer shall inform Ariane Jewels within the stipulated period and by any means permitted by law, his desire to exercise the right to terminate the contract. The returned order must be delivered together with the withdrawal form (Annex to these General Conditions) the delivery note and invoice issued by Ariane Jewels through the order processing agency of your choice, at the Customer's expense shipping costs necessary to make the return. The Customer may return any item* purchased from Ariane Jewels as long as the products have not been opened or used and retain their original seal or packaging. (* The personalized products, nor the products indicated as FINAL SALE.) As for the rings indicated as Stone seal will only be accepted exchanges and not returns thereof. If a product other than the one requested by the customer was delivered by mistake by Ariane Jewels, the correct product will be delivered, picking up the first one, without any additional charge to the Customer. If a product had arrived to the customer broken, damaged or in bad conditions, Ariane Jewels will be in charge of picking it up at the customer's address, replacing it with another one in good condition.

The language in which the contract between Ariane Jewels and the Customer shall be concluded is Spanish.
ARIANE JEWELS' RESPONSIBILITIES
Ariane Jewels guarantees the quality of the service contracted through the website. Are guaranteed all the rights that the laws in force guarantee consumers and users. Failure to comply with any of these General Conditions may result in the return of the products or the cancellation of the Services purchased by the Customer.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer agrees to make lawful use of the Services, without contravening current legislation, or harm the rights and interests of others. The Customer guarantees the truthfulness and accuracy of the data provided when completing the contracting forms, avoiding causing damage to Ariane Jewels product of the incorrectness of them. Failure to comply with any of these Conditions may result in the withdrawal or cancellation of the Services by Ariane Jewels without prior notice to the Customer and without entitlement to any compensation.
INDUSTRIAL AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The intellectual and industrial property rights on the works, trademarks, logos, and any other subject to protection, contained on the website of Ariane Jewels correspond exclusively to Ariane Jewels or third parties who have authorized their inclusion on the website. The unauthorized reproduction, distribution, commercialization or transformation of such works, trademarks, logos, etc. constitutes an infringement of intellectual and industrial property rights of Ariane Jewels or the owner thereof, and may give rise to the exercise of all judicial or extrajudicial actions that may correspond to them in the exercise of their rights. Also, the information to which the Customer can access through the web, may be protected by industrial property rights, intellectual or otherwise. Ariane Jewels will not be responsible in any case and under any circumstances for infringements of such rights that may be committed as a user.
WARRANTY
Ariane Jewels, will respond to the customer for any lack of conformity that manifest deliveries within two years, as established by current regulations. Excluded from the warranty provided those damages caused by use or misuse, as well as in general all those excluded by current legislation. Excluded from the guarantee is the gold plating of the jewelry, Ariane Jewels, announces that the plating is not eternal and that its durability will depend on the good use of the piece and the ph of each person.
JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW
The relationship between Ariane Jewels and the Customer shall be governed by Spanish law and any dispute shall be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Barcelona. Ariane Jewels pursue the breach of these General Conditions and any misuse of the website exercising all civil and criminal actions that may apply and assist in law.
