What materials are the jewelry pieces made of?

Most of our pieces are made of sterling silver or brass. You will find the material of each piece of jewelry in its description.

Can jewelry get wet?

We recommend not getting jewelry wet. Gold plating does not last forever, so the less you get your jewelry wet, the longer its color and shine will last.

What warranty do the jewelry items have?

The jewelry comes with a 2-year warranty. which covers manufacturing defects only, and six months for unusual loss of plating, provided that the item has been used properly. Below you can review our care guide and warranty.

Does the jewelry come with special packaging?

All jewelry is individually wrapped in the brand's signature packaging.

Can I add a personalized note?

Yes, all orders are sent with personalized notes. If you want to include a specific message, please indicate this in the Instructions to the seller section.

Is the invoice included in the package?

No, we never include the invoice inside the package.

How long does shipping take?

Deliveries usually take between 24-48 business hours within mainland Spain. You can check our shipping policy. here.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship Ariane almost everywhere. 

How long do I have to return an order?

The time limit for making an exchange or return is 14 calendar days from receipt of the order.

Is the change free of charge?

No, making a change costs €10, which we handle internally. You can check our exchange and return policy. here.

What happens if my jewelry arrives defective?
